Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, faces damning allegations following an internal investigation. A Zurich law firm's probe uncovered financial misconduct, bullying, and inappropriate behavior—including suggestive late-night emails to female employees. The findings validate earlier reports of systemic discrimination at the organization.

The whistleblower-triggered inquiry interviewed over 50 staffers, painting Schwab as treating the WEF like a personal fiefdom. One 2020 email to a senior female executive asking "Do you feel that I am thinking of you?" was singled out as particularly egregious. Schwab's spokesman claims the message contradicts his character, insisting he views the Forum as family.

These revelations compound the WEF's reputational crisis after 2023 reports detailed its toxic environment for women and minorities. The organization now grapples with institutional accountability as leadership claims unravel under scrutiny.
